Setup Guide
SD Card Preparation
SD card must be formatted to FAT32
SD cards have been tested to work up to 200gb
Firmware
Head over to the Project sd2snes website and download the latest firmware. (Current version 1.11.0)
Extract the “sd2snes” folder directly onto the SD card maintaining the “sd2snes” folder name. This folder will not appear on the menu screen.
Enhancement Chip Support
Download the following enhancement chip bios files and rename them to the .bin names shown
- DSP-1 [dsp1.bin]
- DSP-1B [dsp1b.bin]
- DSP-2 [dsp2.bin]
- DSP-3 [dsp3.bin]
- DSP-4 [dsp4.bin]
- ST-010 [st0010.bin]
- ST-011 [st0011.bin]
- CX4 [cx4.bin]
Move all files to the “sd2snes” folder on the SD card
Satellaview BS-X Support
Download the BS-X BIOS ROM (.sfc) and rename it to “bsxbios.bin”
Move file to the “sd2snes” folder on the SD card
Super Game Boy Support
Download the Super Game Boy 2 boot ROM file and rename it to “sgb2_boot.bin“
Download the Super Game Boy 2 ROM (.sfc) and rename it to “sgb2_snes.bin”
Move files to the “sd2snes” folder on the SD card
